Our Owner and Director

Lata Nathani heads the school. She has been associated Montessori for over 21 years and has been a Montessori Preschool Owner and Director for the last 8 years. Her experience in managing a well run school, hiring and training the right talent and managing the day-today operations of the school are second to none.

She and her husband, Shahzad Nathani, manage the schools that they own and operate.

Lata and Shahzad have three children of their own who have gone through the Montessori learning and are high achievers in their current school.

The Montessori Teachers

Each Montessori teacher that is certified completes over 800 hours of internship at their college. The course is intense and complete producing excellent teachers. Each teacher that joins Montesschool At Hillcrest is trained / certified in the Montessori Method. The Director spends time in furthering this by ensuring that each teacher delivers the learning and education the Montesschool At Hillcrest parents expect.
